3. Service Description

NJMEDS provides supply solutions to pharmacies and medical institutions including custom prescription labels, pharmacy bags, medication organizers, and related consumables.

• Products are designed for professional pharmacy use.

• Orders are subject to availability and NJMEDS reserves the right to limit quantities.

3.1. Subscription

Subscription services, such as recurring label or packaging deliveries, are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. You may cancel anytime before the renewal date.

4. Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NJMEDS account and password and for restricting access to your devices.

4.1. Registering for an account

To place orders, you must register for a business account using a valid pharmacy license or GST number, and provide accurate contact details.

4.2. Your responsibility for your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify NJMEDS of any unauthorized use immediately.

5. Price and Taxes

• Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping charges and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

NJMEDS reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

6. Method of Payment

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and select wallets. Payments must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

6.1. Refunds

Refunds are only issued for defective products or incorrect deliveries. Please report issues within 7 days of receiving your order. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

We implement appropriate data security measures and encryption to protect your personal and business information. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security over the internet.
